Balloon Glow

New to Celebrate Plover is a balloon flight and glow!  There will be six balloons on display this year.  At 6:30pm, the balloons will take flight - be there to see them lift off!  At dusk, the balloons will glow!  Feel free to bring your lawn chairs to watch these beautiful balloons!  The balloon pilots will have trading cards to pass out to admirers of all ages!
